 these are the forms showing i have permission from the people used in my print and footage to show them in my blog.

costume props and make-up planning

my antagonist will only be seen as an outline/silhouette so i don't need to use specific costume for them.

my antagonists will be wearing average clothes, most likely pretty ragged and messy clothes as they are moving house and will be wearing old clothes.

the rooms will just have old furniture which has been covered by dust sheets, and this is the only props that will be used.

couple moving house which is old and run down and needs restoring.

the film starts showing the couple happy at a party at their old house to celebrating moving, filmed through a hand held camera as though someone else at the party was filming. the couple filming while working on the house to keep the memories of this exciting time for them, then we see the couple starting to renovate the house and staying in it, with dust sheets over furniture and old broken window frames and doors. they feel as though something is not right in the house and hear footsteps in the corridor and doors screeching. later on in the film when other movement/ sound is heard and they have more curiosity they look back at their footage. when they look back at the footage they see paranormal activity which they didn't know was happening. they get a psychic spiritualist woman to bless the house and during her blessing she becomes possessed and starts screaming out words and collapses. continuing from this the couple go from a downward spiral and come to split as the woman just wants to leave while the man wants to finish the house so he can sell it.

primary audience research

for my primary research i made a survey questionnaire using www.freeonlinesurve.com

 the findings from this research will help me with me trailer as i know i am on the right track using a paranormal antagonist and using an old house as the settings is what people want. for the trailer poster i know i should use either an image of the antagonist or the setting of the location but seen as though my antagonist cant really be seen i will use the location of the setting.

paranormal activity 3 age rating certificate is 15 this is because it includes the folowing:

• strong violence
• frequent strong language (eg 'f***').
• portrayals of sexual activity
• strong verbal references to sex
• sexual nudity
• brief scenes of sexual violence or verbal references to sexual violence
• discriminatory language or behaviour
• drug taking

Main age group that would watch the film is between 16-24 which is 69% and that is split 51% male and 49% it is so close to 50/50 because most of the people watching it 

will go in couples E.G. husband and wife and relationships.

in horror genre 15 certificate allows:

• Strong threat of violence and manic
• non sadistic violence or sexual violence
• strong gory sequences depend on use of meaning

initial soundtrack reflection

to make my sound track i used the garageband software on apple mac, using this allowed easy use of sound effects and with the previous experienc i had of using this software in AS and also GCSE music i used skills which i already knew and understood.

I tested many sounds and most didnt go well with my soundtrack but i am proud of the product i finished with. i also used 'www.freesfx.com' which is a website were i can download extra sound effects which are not featured on garageband, once downloaded these fx go into itunes and from itunes they are imported onto garageband.

i am pleased with my soundtrack and believe it would work good if there was a visual track with it but just from the imagination it works well. it is slightly short but for an initial first preview it works well.
